The Girls Next Door- Season 4

I just finished watching the episode and I have to say it was my favorite by far of this season. i thought it was so funny that Kendra decided to call Hef moose because that's my nickname! I also thought it was so sweet when Hef went inot each of the girls rooms while they were gone and played with their animals. I thought Alaska looked beautifull and it made me want to visit there.


Anyone else's thoughts about this episode?



Next episode: An Arabian themed Mardi Gras party... Kendra's mom shows off her new look.

I was cracking up when Kendra was yelling HI MOOSE into the phone !

And I learned something - I thought a Puffin was a type of penguin . . . and now I know better

It's so awful but when I look at Kendra I think "pure dumb."

When I look at Holly I think "gold digger." She REALLY seems as though she wants to have Hef's kids to have more money.

When I look at Bridget I think "She's awesome!" hahaha.

Side note: I've read that when Hef passes, as long as the three of them are still with him... Bridget and Kendra get 500,000.00 and Holly gets a cool one million.

WOW, I bet they're going to stick around as long as they possibly can especially Holly. I've never heard that before- where did you see that?

I love all three of them. I think I like Bridgett the most 'cause I'm in love with Halloween, but there's things about all of them that I really like. I love the show and glad it's not like other reality tv where there is nothing but cat fights.

I also like Bridget because of her interests. Halloween is my favorite holiday, I'm majoring in journalism, and I love doing creative fun things so I think in that sense I automatically like her haha.

Wow did Patti look different ! I always thought she should've gotten a nose job but the rest of the surgery helped as well ! And it obviously boosted her convidence as I wouldn't have paraded around in her outfit.

And I'm wondering what Disney princess Holly will be next ? ?

I thought Patti looked great too- you can tell how much more confident she is now and we got to see more of her personality. I don't know what Holly will be next but she hasn't done Pochahontas or Belle yet!


Next episode: The girls go golfing and celebrate Hef's personal assistant- Marry's birthday.

Patti looked amazing! They were in my area over the summer I think. I heard rumors that Patti's mom got admitted to one of our local hospitals. I haven't heard anything since and I hope she's okay. I haven't seen her with Patti on this season yet.

I thought the last episode was entertaining but they rushed through everything! The last time the group went to Europe then split it into two seperate episodes and I think they should have done the same thing this time as well. San Tropez looked beautiful and it looks like they all had a great time. I can't believe Bridget and Kendra were arrested but then again what genuis decides that it's legal for them to knock on the princes door in the middle of the night just because they're "the girls next door." I bet Hef wasn't as calm and collected about the whole incident as they portrayed it on the episode. Thoughts?


Next episode: The pets of the mansion. Who will get a job first Bridget or Wednesday? Kendra takes her dog, Martini to a pet psychic and Holly poses for a PETA ad.

Yeah, I'm sure Hef was mad, but I did love that cute little laugh he does. Did anyone watch the best of the girls next door that was on this week? I caught towards the end of it and thought it was nice to see their reactions to the shows that have already aired.

If you liked the "Bedtime Stories" special then you would love the DVD commentaries. They do it for every episode and it gives great inside information.

I just heard on the radio this moring that Holly and Heff are trying to have a baby. That's all she keeps talking about, and I actually hope they end up having one. Even though Hef will be like 100 when the baby graduates high school.

Wow, that would be an interesting dynamic to the show. However, I don't know if that would be the best decision for Hef. I can't help but notice Holly's hidden motives behind Hef and her having a child. It's hard for me to believe she sincerely wants to start a family with an eighty year old man if Hef wasn't who he is. On another note, they already began taping the 5th season so they would probally discuss it.

I am enjoying season 4. So glad to have the show back on and glad to hear they have already started on season 5!

I always wondered what Holly's motives were as well, but after I saw their anniversary show last year with HEF's Melting Pot, my attitude towards her changed. I can definetely see that she is very sincere and loves and adores Hef alot. There is definetely some chemistry there despite the age difference.

I tend to agree with you here. I think that Holly definitely has some genuine feelings for Hef. I mean how often do we see her worrying about what he'll think, leaving parties/events early to go spend time with him, making sure that all of his events go smoothly. I think Kendra is the one along for the ride. It seems like sometimes it's a chore when she has to spend time with Hef (like his little game nights). I think she respects and admires him, but that's about it.

Hef pretty much rescued Kendra and she's even said it on the show. I think that's why she admires and respects him so much. Don't get me wrong, I love Kendra to death and thinks she is great on the show, but I don't think she loves Hef like Holly and Bridgette do.

I agree that Holly has some feelings for Hef but she wouldn't have those feelings for him if Hef wasn't who he is. I think its natural to have feelings with someone who you spend every day with for six years so I'm not denying that she cares about Hef, I just think she has other motives as well. For example, I was listening to the season 3 commentary and Kendra told Holly that she knew someone who had a crush on her and Holly got all interested and keep asking "Is it someone I'll be excited about?" I also agree that Kendra is fully just along for the ride as well as Bridget. However, I think Hef is fully aware of this fact and just keeps them around because he likes there company, the success of the show, and to keep up her Playboy image. But besides any of that I love the show.
