2007 Holiday Party Tickets Go On Sale May 1st
"Mickey's
Not So Scary Halloween Party" and "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party"
tickets go on sale May 1. These are hard ticket events. Guests must purchase
separate admission to attend. Walt Disney World limits the number of tickets
sold in order to keep the crowds down and many dates sell out in advance.

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival
It
will be a feast for the eyes as well as the palate during the 12th annual
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, September 28 through November 11,
2007, at Walt Disney World Resort. During the six-week-long festival Future
World and World Showcase will overflow with food, wine and beer experiences.
More than 25 international marketplaces serve tapas-sized portions of
regional specialties from $1.50-$4.50. Recommended wines and beers available
at each international kiosk make for picture-perfect pairings. Park
admission is required unless otherwise noted.

Zagat Survey Guidebook all about Disney World
In
a first of its kind, Zagat Survey has polled customers to rate everything at
Disney World, including characters, rides, shows, restaurants, taverns,
stores, hotels and special experiences, for a new guidebook. Zagat surveyed
nearly 5,000 people, including many INTERCOT members, by computer between
November 16 and December 3, 2006. Mickey Mouse is the favorite costumed
character, Soarin' the most popular attraction and Victoria & Albert's the
home of the best food at Walt Disney World, say frequent visitors. The
Disney effort is the first time Zagat ever produced an entire survey and
guidebook on just one business, Mahle said.

Second Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique To Open
On September 10,
the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is expanding and will open a second location
inside Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. The new location will replace the
current King's Gallery store. The castle Boutique is scheduled to start
accepting appointments April 29, 2007 for September 10, 2007 dates and
beyond. A reservation is highly recommended and can be made by calling
407-WDW-STYLE up to 180 days prior to arrival.

The Patina Restaurant Group Coming to Epcot
Walt Disney Parks and
Resorts has selected the Patina Restaurant Group to be the new operating
participant for the restaurant at the Italy Pavilion at Epcot. The Patina
Restaurant Group was one of the original operating participants at the
Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, starting in
2001. The Patina Restaurant Group is tentatively set to operate the existing
location in an interim form beginning September 1, 2007 with a new
restaurant concept scheduled to open Fall 2008.

"Sounds Like Summer” Concert Series at Epcot
From June 11
through August 12 a special “Sounds Like Summer” Concert Series will be
offered at Epcot. The concerts will be held 3 times daily, at the America
Gardens Theatre, in World Showcase. The Sounds Like Summer series will pay
tribute to Billy Joel, Chicago, The Eagles, Elton John, Bon Jovi and more.
Show times are; 5:15pm, 6:45pm & 8:00pm. The special concerts are included
with park admission.

"Playhouse Disney in Concert" Line-Up Released
From
August 26 through October 28, Walt Disney World Resort will host Little Ones
Travel Time. During this special travel time, youngsters can dance and sing
along with Playhouse Disney in Concert featuring their Disney Channel
favorites including: The Doodlebops, Johnny & the Sprites, Dan Zanes and
more, all scheduled to perform on select days. This line-up is sure to
surprise and delight the little ones! Admission is included with valid Theme
Park ticket.

Changes Ahead for Epcot's Spaceship Earth
In a press
release issued today, Disney announced that remarkable changes will be
taking place over the next several months to the Epcot icon. A re-imagined
Spaceship Earth presented by Siemens will combine the magic of the
attraction's time-travel adventure into the past with a new finale which
provides guests the opportunity to imagine their futures. New show scenes
will be added to the attraction's story along with new lighting effects,
costumes, set decoration, narration and musical score. With phased
renovations occurring through the year, Spaceship Earth's makeover is
scheduled to be fully completed in early 2008.

Play & Dine” Vacation Package Returns
Disney has
announced the popular "Stay, Play & Dine" package for guests vacationing
from August 26 through September 22, 2007. Purchase a minimum 3-night stay
at an official Walt Disney World resort, plus at least a One-Day Magic Your
Way Base ticket, and you get the dining option free, for the length of your
stay. This special opens up to Disney Visa Card Holders on April 9 and to
the general public on April 12. Reservations must be booked by June 24,

The
Three Caballeros Debut Today
After
a brief delay, the "Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros" at
Epcot's Mexico pavilion opened today. Replacing "El Rio Del Tiempo", The "Gran
Fiesta Tour" offers a new storyline and film starring Donald Duck, José
Carioca, and Panchito. It features an animated overlay of the caballeros
being reunited for a grand performance in Mexico City. Along the way, Donald
disappears to take in the sights of the country, leaving José and Panchito
to search for their missing friend. In addition to the new film, the boat
ride's props, set facades and sound system were also refurbished and
enhanced.

Epcot
Flower & Garden Festival Opens Today
The Epcot
International Flower & Garden Festival begins today and will continue
through June 3. A flower-festooned pirate ship has dropped anchor and Disney
princess topiaries color the landscape at the 14th annual event. Previously
a seven-week event, the popular festival expands to 60 days this year and
offers more floral fantasy and gardening fun than ever before. Paul Revere
and the Raiders will kick off the Flower Power Concert Series at the
American Gardens Theatre. Other highlights include Themed Weekends, Minnie's
Magnificent Butterfly Garden, Tinker Bell's Fairy Garden, Daily Ladybug
releases and much more. The festival is included in regular Epcot admission.

It's a
Girl!
The Walt Disney World
Resort’s Animal Programs team welcomed a 6-foot-1 inch, 151-pound bundle of
joy at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Nikki, a 10-year-old giraffe, gave birth to
a healthy baby girl on March 26th. The calf, named Rori, was Nikki’s first
and both the calf and Nikki are doing great and are expected to rejoin their
herd on the savannah at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in the next few weeks.
