<< Introduction
>>
As we saunter through the dog
days of Summer toward those first crisp days of Autumn, there's lots
of hustle and bustle across the Disney Vacation Kingdom and there's
another edition of the INTERCOT Insider in your mailbox. In this
edition we preview all the fun fall happenings, find out what
changes are coming this fall, and take a peak at the Halloween
festivities on both coasts and at sea. Hang on to them hats and
glasses, cause this here's the most informative ride on the
internet!
<< More Than
Changing Leaves >>
As Autumn changes the green
foliage of Summer into a kaleidoscope of color, Epcot and the Magic
Kingdom will be making changes to their offerings to entertain
Guests. A new street party is coming to the Kingdom! This fall,
guests of the Magic Kingdom can move it, shake it, dance and then
play it, in this update of the popular afternoon street party. And
for the first time, Stitch and Phineas & Ferb will join in the fun!
Also beginning this fall, Epcot be refreshing the atmosphere
entertainment around World Showcase with the addition of new acts
and enhancements to some existing performances. Guests can look
forward to enjoying a traditional Berber music and dance troupe in
Morocco, a corps of dynamic flag-waving performers in Italy, a
thrilling lumberjack-inspired show in Canada, a Celtic folk music
ensemble at the United Kingdom, and more. Unfortunately this means
bidding farewell to existing acts - Mo’Rockin’, Off Kilter, Spirit
of America Fife & Drum Corps, and World Showcase Players. As
Downtown Disney continues its transformation into Disney Springs,
the area will not be able to host the Festival of Masters in 2014
due to the large construction project. It has yet to be announced if
the event will return in November 2015.
