Poly club level really sold out?
Trying to go to poly club level for the week of April 23rd but it shows no rooms available? Can this be true or if I call them directly do you think there will actually be a room left?

Unless somebody cancels, calling won't show a different availability than what you see online. It is very close to that date, so it is very possibly sold out. There are not many club level rooms there.

This far out, more than a year you have to call to reserve. It can't be done online. The CM will book a room at current rates and then when the new rates come out you will owe the difference. Just know that it is not sold out its just that the availability has not yet been loaded online but they can booked by phone.

I'm assuming 2016 and there doesn't seem to be a room anywhere on property for that week, unbelievable! Either they're taking rooms out of inventory or once again they have a computer problem, can't hurt to call.

I'm looking through the TA website and the only properties coming up with availability are AS Movies, campsites and a handful of DVC properties with partial availability only. My husband and I are going April 29-May 3 and I had no problem finding a DVC room that week. It didn't seem very crowded at all. Can you change your dates? Garden View Club Level is available Apr 30 - May 6th.

Sad. I would have booked earlier but my dad was really sick and he just passed away and we really need a few days of fun. I guess it was not meant to be. My daughter has celiac disease and I don't think we can eat anywhere outside of club level which means she won't eat for 4 days. Wish Disney had a glutton free restaurant.

Oh, this year. Didn't even think someone would try this close. Oh yes then, the Club level would definitely be gone. It fills up months out and there aren't that many rooms. You can try calling but they don't have many cancellations for CL.

Perhaps you could alter your days by even 1 day opening up some availability. No matter what I would call & explain the situation to them and see if any Disney magic could be created.

Sorry! I'm confused thought as to how staying club level helps with the gluten allergy? Plenty of Disney restaurants are good at accommodating allergies. I'd look up on Google gluten free Disney foods there's a website that I believe shows all the gluten free Disney food.
Can you try club level somewhere else?

This is absolutely not true. Every restaurant on property can accommodate gluten free dining! Just mention it when you arrive and you will be given a special menu to order off of. Gluten Free is one of the !most common special diets that WDW deals with and you will be pleasantly surprised at how much variety they have. Don't feel like you have only one resort choice. In fact, I would say that requiring a special diet is more of a pain on Club Level than at the restaurants because they need advanced notice to get what you need whereas the restaurants are all set up to handle special diets already.

I agree. I know a CL lounge manager and they will do their best to accommodate allergies, Celia, etc, especially if they know in advance. They get that from the CL itinerary planning document the guest creates in advance of the trip. But the lounge is not a restaurant and offerings are limited and it is difficult to give a range of accommodating products.
But as you say, every restaurant in WDW is very familiar with accommodating dietary needs and the OP will have no problem finding good options at the restaurants. And there likely will be more options there than CL.

I can't help with Club Level or celiac, but I wanted to say that I was very sorry to read about your father. I hope that you are able to take a trip and relax after this stressful time.

Not surprising. Polynesian Village only has 102 club level rooms, the club building is typically completely sold out. Keep trying, you may grab a cancellation.
