$8/point incentive still available???

I have heard they are offering double developer points now as an incentive to purchasers of 100 points or more add on. Does anyone know if you can still get the $8/point cost incentive rather than the double developer points? We don't have a trip planned for the short term, and would not benefit from extra points. Also, if we got the cost incentive, and have a March UY, do we give up the 2007 points to get it? It would actually be easier for us if this was the case, since we don't plan a trip until 2009, and we couldn't bank the 2007 that far.
Anyone know?
