Main Street Bakery
Reopens Featuring Starbucks
 Yesterday
the Main Street Bakery at Magic Kingdom Park reopened. On the menu for the
first time at Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll now find Starbucks drinks and
food along with delicious Disney house-made treats including Disney cookies,
brownies, cupcakes and more. The revamped Main Street Bakery is designed to
fit with the current theme of Main Street, U.S.A. and won’t be the only Walt
Disney World Resort location to serve Starbucks. As previously announced,
other locations are coming to Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s
Animal Kingdom.

AT&T Becomes Official Wireless Provider of Walt Disney World & Disneyland
Resorts
 AT&T
and Disney Parks today announced an agreement that makes AT&T the official
wireless provider for Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
Through the agreement, AT&T will have various marketing and branding
opportunities, including sponsoring Disney-created soccer and runDisney
events at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. AT&T is also enhancing its
network across Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort using a
variety of technologies.

2013-2014 Armed Forces Salute Offers!
 Disney
has renewed the Armed Forces Salute which honors military famalies with
special ticket and room rates for yet another year. The offer will run from
29 September 2013 through 27 September 2014 and can be booked immediately,
however, tickets will not be available for purchase until August 12, 2013.

New "Rapid Fill" Mug Program
Being Rolled Out
 A
new refillable mug program — Rapid Fill — will roll out at resort locations
with self-service beverage stations at Walt Disney World Resort hotels. The
introduction of these new mugs will take place in a phased approach
beginning in July with Disney’s All Star Resorts. The new Rapid Fill mugs
have a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip installed in the mug that
allows it to be programmed for multiple days (with the option of adding
additional days) all the way through Guests’ entire length of stay. Rapid
Fill mugs may be purchased and used at any resort self-service beverage
island. Disney Dining Plan Guests will receive this mug as part of their
package.

Candlelight Processional Narrators Released
 The
Narrators for the 2013 Candlelight Processional have been released. The list
of celebrities this year include; Ashley Judd, Trace Adkins, Whoopie
Goldberg, Dennis Haysbert, James Denton and more. There will be three daily
showings from November 29 through December 30 at 5:00, 6:45 & 8:15 PM. Dinner
packages go on sale July 9, 2013.

America!
 In

Magic Kingdom Celebrates
Independence Week
 A
red, white and blue fireworks spectacular illuminates the sky over Beast’s,
Cinderella, and Prince Eric’s castles at Magic Kingdom during Independence
Week at Walt Disney World Resort. Disney Parks honors America with a Fourth
of July celebration that lasts July 1-7 – all part of Limited Time Magic.
Every night, “Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the
Sky” features dazzling comets and glittery bursts soaring to a brand new
musical score produced in a concert band style. This is the first time the
holiday show lights up the sky every day during Independence Week, and can
be seen from more vantage points than ever. The fireworks spectacular takes
place at 9 p.m. on July 3 and 4, and 10 p.m. on July 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7.
