New Fantasyland Expansion Grand
Opening Set for December 6, 2012
 The
grand opening for the New Fantasyland expansion at Magic Kingdom® Park at
Walt Disney World® Resort will take place on Dec. 6, 2012! Attractions
included in this opening are Under the Sea - Journey of The Little Mermaid,
Be Our Guest Restaurant, Enchanted Tales with Belle, Ariel’s Grotto,
Gaston’s Tavern and Bonjour! Village Gifts. Previews of these attractions
will begin earlier, on Nov. 19.
As previously planned, the New Fantasyland expansion will continue with the
opening of Princess Fairytale Hall in 2013 and the debut of a new Disney
“mountain” in the form of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in 2014. The Storybook
Circus section of the New Fantasyland expansion, which includes Barnstormer
– Starring the Great Goofini, the Casey Jr. Splash & Soak Station, and Dumbo
the Flying Elephant, opened to Guests in July.

17th Annual Epcot
International Food & Wine Festival Details Announced
 For
a record 46 days, beginning September 28, 2012, Disney guests can taste
their way around the world during the 17th annual Epcot International Food &
Wine Festival. The culinary event, just named one of the Best Food and Wine
Festivals by the Travel Channel, includes daily Eat to the Beat! pop
concerts and an extra day of festival fun as the celebration continues
through November 12. Reserved culinary events kick tastings up a notch with
special programs showcasing a lineup of renowned winemakers, guest chefs and
speakers participating in elegant dinners, luncheons, seminars and wine
schools. Reservations open for special Food and Wine Festival
programs at 7:00 am EST on August 14. For
