Vacation Discounts Announced!

Disney has released room-only discounts for guests traveling October 30 - December 23, 2006. Rates will vary with the season and range from $69+ per night for Value Resorts, $119+ per night for Moderate Resorts and $189+ per night for Deluxe Resorts. Some blackout dates do apply. Ask for code BRY. The number of rooms is limited and some resorts have already sold out prior to this code. "Year of a Million Dreams" Preview

Disney has announced the details of the new attractions and entertainment venues for the Year of a Million Dreams celebration, at the Walt Disney World Resort. The line-up includes 3 new attractions; The Laughing Floor Comedy Club, Finding Nemo - the Musical and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Along with the attractions, Disney has a cavalcade of entertainment in store for the Magic Kingdom Park, which will kick-off September 25- 30, 2006. Included is an interactive parade, a Castle Forecourt show and three new "street" shows. The Year of A Million Dreams officially kicks-off October 1, 2006.

Super Soap Weekend Returns!

More than 30 ABC Daytime stars from "All My Children," "One Life To Live" and "General Hospital" will appear at the 11th Annual ABC Super Soap Weekend at Disney-MGM Studios, November 11 & 12, 2006. ABC Super Soap Weekend is the largest soap fan event held anywhere in the country and is included with theme park admission to the Disney-MGM Studios.

Previews for Nemo's Undersea Adventure

Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members are invited to be among the first to experience Nemo's Undersea Adventure, at Epcot's The Seas, on October 13-15, 2006. Guests will travel across a beach and under the sea, where they'll board clamobiles and join Mr. Ray's class on a field trip, in this new ride through attraction, from the Disney/Pixar blockbuster film Finding Nemo. Each DVC member who presents their Vacation Club ID during this special preview event may bring as many as three guests. Annual Passholders must show their pass, a photo ID and may also bring up to three guests. Admission to Epcot is required.

A Nation & The World Remembers

Please join the staff of INTERCOT and INTERCOT West in remembering all those who perished 5 years ago today in the horrific attack on our country and all of those who have throughout this great nations history, given their lives so that we all may remain free.  This is our Patriot Day.

2007 Closing & Refurbishment Updates

Splash Mountain and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh have been added to the current list of attractions going down for refurbishment this winter. They join Rock 'n' Roller Coaster as rides to be closed beginning January 2007. Splash Mountain will be dark January 2-27. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh rehab dates are January 28 - February 11. Rock 'n' Rollercoaster is scheduled to be renovated January 7 through February 10. Remember, all schedules are subject to change, so check back often.
