"Finding Nemo -The Musical" Sneak Previews
The
undersea world of the hit film "Finding Nemo" comes to life in a new musical
stage show at Animal Kingdom, as part of The Year of a Million Dreams.
Guests can get a sneak peek at the show November 5-18, 2006. "Finding Nemo-The
Musical" will immerse visitors in the story of Marlin and Nemo through a
dazzling production that combines puppets, dancers, aerialists and animated
backdrops. Specific show times during the soft opening will be shared with
guests daily on the park tip board. In addition; sneak previews for Annual
Passholders are being set aside for each day's first seating December 1–10,
2006. Passholders must sign up on the passholder web site, in advance to
attend. Confirmation and ID is required.

INTERCOT To Participate in Mousefest 2006
The
event which happens in December of 2006 brings together Disney websites,
Disney guidebook authors and most importantly, Disney fans from around the
globe. INTERCOT will be participating from December 8-10 as part of a
Mousefest schedule which officially stretches for more than a week from
December 3-12.

Disney has

Cinderella Castle ‘Suite Dreams’
As
part of the Year of A Million Dreams celebration, Walt Disney World Resort
will begin awarding select vacationers an exclusive stay in a one-of-a-kind
suite. Unused castle space is being transformed into Cinderella Castle
Suite -- a place where lucky Walt Disney World guests will spend a
dream-come-true night beginning in late January 2007. Guests will be chosen
early in the day to spend that night in the royal suite inside Cinderella
Castle. After the rest of the Magic Kingdom guests have headed home, these
lucky recipients can wrap themselves in the cozy comforts of their dream
suite complete with rich details befitting the 17th century fairytale and
the French chateaus that inspired the design of Cinderella Castle.

14th Annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival - April 5 - June 3,
2007
Pirates
and Princesses will reign at Epcot April 5-June 3, 2007 for the 14th Annual
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Topiaries featuring a
pirate ship,
Peter Pan, Captain Hook and Tinker Bell
will highlight
the 2007 festivities. Thirty million flowers and trees, lush rose gardens
and elaborate topiaries will grace the park's 300 acres. Nightly Flower
Power concerts will rock the landscape with live entertainment from top acts
of the 60s and '70s. Previously running for seven weeks, the popular
festival expands to 60 days this year and offers more floral fantasy and
gardening fun than ever before.

Disney Introduces New Food Guidelines
The Walt Disney
Company has introduced new food guidelines aimed to give vacationers
healthier eating options. The new policy calls for Disney to use its name
and characters only on kid focused products that meet specific guidelines.
Disney also announced nutritionally beneficial changes in the meals served
to children at all Disney operated restaurants in its Parks and Resorts and
unveiled a company wide plan to eliminate added trans fats from food served
at its Parks by the end of 2007 and from its licensed and promotional
products by the end of 2008.

Sneak Previews for The Seas With Nemo & Friends Begin Today
INTERCOT's Chief
Imagination Officer JohnY was on hand today when The Seas With Nemo &
Friends began previewing to Annual Passholders and Vacation Club owners.

Happy 9th Birthday INTERCOT!
October 12,
1997, it started with a dream of becoming a meeting place and source of
information for Disney fans. On that day, we flipped the switch and made the
website live. Nine years later, INTERCOT is now one of the most frequently
visited Walt Disney World information sites on the Internet. The INTERnet

Disney Vacation Club Units Opening at Animal Kingdom Lodge in
Fall 2007
Disney has
announced that Vacation Club units will be coming to the Animal Kingdom
Lodge.
According to Disney, the first phase will include 134 remodeled rooms on the
fifth and sixth floors of the Lodge. The additional phases will include the
construction of 324 vacation properties in a new building at the resort. The
villas will feature an African inspired theme and most will offer views the
animal savannahs. Units will begin opening in the fall of 2007 and the
project completed by spring 2009. Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas will be the
company's eighth Vacation Club property.

Family Gets the Magic Kingdom to Themselves
Disney made
history Wednesday as one lucky family got the Magic Kingdom all to
themselves, the first dream fulfilled as Disney Parks launched "The Year of
a Million Dreams." The Spanglers, from Randolph, Ohio, toured the park as
VIPs for the day, escorted by their personal tour guide, having favorite
attractions to themselves and being named grand marshals of the park’s
parade. Over the next 15 months, Disney park guests will be awarded more
than a million dreams, from a trip to Disney parks around the world to
sleeping in Cinderella Castle.

Dream Along With Mickey Debuts
Dream Along With
Mickey debuted yesterday, September 30th, 2006. The new show is part of the
Year of a Million Dreams celebration and can be seen daily at the Castle
Forecourt stage in Magic Kingdom. Dream Along With Mickey features Mickey,
Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Cinderella, Prince Charming and many more of your
favorite characters and villains. The Year of A Million Dreams officially
kicks-off today, October 1, 2006.
