Only casino we saw was the Atlantis on Paradise Island (Nassau). I don't know about the other islands. Atlantis is worth seeing, at least once.

    Question

    Stitch Fan

What are the rules for Children in the Casino? Do you know? We will have a 5 & 7 y.o. and would love to see Atlantis if we do the Eastern Carr.

Also, how far is that hotel from the port?

Atlantis is on Paradise Island, which is a few miles from the port. Once you get off, there should be several water taxis that're more then willing to help you make the trip.

In Atlantis, I believe the carpet on the ground is made up of blue walkways and red near the slot machines/tables. As long as you stick near the walkways, they won't say anything. I doubt they'll let them be with you while you gamble, however.

Children are tolerated if they stay on the blue walkway that runs through the casino. The staff will chase them away if they get too close to the games -- even if there is nobody playing. I tried to show my son a roulette wheel (no game in progress, no players waiting) and we got hustled out of there pretty fast.

If you want to gamble on Nassau, I'd suggest you check out the Oceaneer's Club on board and see if your kids would like to stay there while you go ashore. They give you a pager so if anything comes up they can get ahold of you.

Are you going on the 7 night cruise??? They don't stop at Bahamas at all., except Castaway Cay. Only the 3 and 4 night Disney cruise stop at Nassau.
