They do offer an all-you-can-drink program, just like at the resorts. The exact details in execution have changed over the past year. Sometimes you get a mug, sometimes you get a sticker to paste on your room passcard. In either case, this entitles you to all the pop you can drink on board the ship and on Castaway Cay. Note that all of your non-alcoholic beverages are included with your meals, what you are getting with the mug/sticker is pop at any other time. Cost depends on the length of your cruise.
Note that there is a 24-hour self-serve drink station on deck 9 that has coffee, hot & cold tea, milk, lemonade, and sometimes other juice drinks for which there is no extra charge.
They also have a limited-refills beer deal. I'm not sure how it works, or what restrictions are involved because we didn't indulge. Maybe another intercoter will be by with more details.
To be honest, we found that we didn't drink enough soda between meals to warrant purchasing the mug. We probably won't next time. You have to drink a LOT of pop to make it worthwhile. We'll probably just bring a 12-pack and keep it in the refrigerator in the room.
