Default Day 3 Return to Disney after 4.5 years

Today was Epcot. The Flower and Garden show was just beautiful. We headed straight to Spaceship Earth and although the line was long it moved fairly fast. We all enjoy this ride. After that we headed to Starbucks and then off to Living in The Land. We did wait on line for Soaring for almost 45 minutes but although the ride is rather short it is well worth it. I wish though they would change it once in awhile and maybe do a Soaring over the USA. So many beautiful sights to see. After that we headed to the food court for lunch. We made our way around to France since the younger ones wanted to ride Ratatouille. I went on it also but did not like it at all, too much twisting and turning. Stopped for some delicious pastries after that. Made it as far as Germany (Werther's candy and popcorn a must stop) then headed back to the bus. It was another very hot day I think 96 and real feel 98. The humidity was not bad but the intense sun was. Spent afternoon swimming then returned in the evening. This time we started with Mexico and made our way to Japan. The younger ones loved the snack section. My grandson picked out a tshirt that he really liked and when we looked at the price it was $100.00 so that was a "no". We tried finding one on line but to no avail. Left when fireworks started as it is a long walk to the bus stop. Ate dinner at the food court at the resort. Food ok, breakfast the best. Called it a night.

For a short while, Soarin' was showing Soarin' Over California instead of the around the world version. It's sometimes hard to enjoy the parks as much as you would like when the temps are in the mid-90s or above. Still, it seems you were able to have a nice Epcot experience.
