Mears Connect to Replace Disney's Magical Express
While not an official replacement, Mears Connect will be a third party offerings to effectively replace the void left by Disney's Magical Express:

It is important for visitors to know they still have many of the same safe transportation options for their Orlando visit, all offered by the same company who has been providing seamless, economical, and hassle-free transportation for decades.
Guests can begin to make Mears Connect reservations for 2022 trips in May 2021. Pricing for the new service has not been announced at this time.

I'm still sad that Magical Express will be gone.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.

Same. We much prefer to be on site and no car on holiday in WDW.

Especially when car rental rates are through the roof! Maybe you can cart your family along in a Uhaul?

We rode the Mears bus from the airport before the Magical Express existed. I hate seeing the end of the Magical Express. We were pretty spoiled with the service we received. I can't remember for sure, but I think the Mears bus charged about $20-$25 per person. I guess depending on how many people are in your party that's going to help determine whether or not it's a good deal. Of course the time spent traveling in a bus with extra drop-offs matters too.
