Is this ride tame for someone who gets motion sickness? Are there any drops?

From what I can remember it's a very tame ride! We loved it!
First WDW Trip 1984 30+ Trips since 1984 Disneyland 4 Visits Disneyland Paris 2010 40th Wedding Anniversary December 2013 Disney Cruises 2: Magic 2005, Fantasy 2012 Last Trip November 2019
Yes, it's very tame (and I wouldn't stand in line more than 30 mins for it). The Avatar ride is another story. I got sick on it.
It's probably the tamest ride in the park! No drops at all.
You may struggle to not fall asleep while on it. I wouldn't wait in line 5 minutes to ride it again.
Very tame, no drops. It's short but beautiful, so much detail.
Marci Many visits. Live 20 minutes from the parks. Work at Universal Studios in Diagon Alley. Ollivanders/ wand magic.
And so short. Only about 4 1/2 minutes long (for comparison POTC is about 8 1/2 minutes long).

As noted, it's a very pleasant, easy ride. The hardest part is climbing into and out of the boat!!

Yes, I thought it was very time, and I'm a total ride wimp. No more "active" than IASW.
Perfect. Thanks everyone!
