Where to buy Groceries?
For many trips to WDW we stopped at the Walmart on Vineland Rd. on our way from MCO to the Swan/Dolphin Resort. Tiring of the heavy crowds and parking lot, we were happy to discover the Publix across the street.
I have discovered that it is now closed. Do you have any other suggestions on a convenient place to buy groceries that is far enough away from the Resort to avoid the price increases (i.e. the Publix by Disney Springs Resorts)? Perhaps the Publix off the 192 and 417?
Thanks for the help.
Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.

When we make the stop with Quicksilver we do the Publix @ Lake Cay Commons, Store Number: 1191,
9930 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819-8702. Clean store and I didn't find their prices bad at all.

We always go to the Publix on International Drive by the south outlet mall. Not too far out of the way coming from the airport.

There is a Publix and I think a Winn Dixie down on 192. We like to go down there for groceries. We also enjoy stopping at Old Town for something different to do.

We usually go to the Publix in Windmere. It's in a quiet area and we can usually leave the Grand Flo, shop and get back in about an hour. Plus for this Massachusetts family there's a brand new Dunkin Donuts across the street so I get a coffee.
