Walt Disney World Adds Florida Resident Theme Park Select Pass
The Walt Disney World resort has announced a new Annual Pass option for Florida Residents:

Florida Residents can purchase a new type of annual pass—the Theme Park Select Pass! This pass gives you the chance to enjoy at least 325 days of access at select theme parks, and at least 175 days of access to all 4 theme parks throughout the year! Plus, from time to time, we will assess and may lift blockout dates to provide additional access. Starting from $29 per month, the Theme Park Select Pass can be purchased online or at any of our theme park vacation planning windows beginning July 9, 2018.

For an additional $89 you can add-on July 9 - Aug 9 but it is only good for MK, EP, and AKL. This add-on is available for Silver and Weekday Select passes too. Complete terms can be found on the WDW Passholder site.

I think my head is going to explode.
Additionally, on the one hand, I can add an entire month for $89. At the other extreme, I can get a one-night party ticket for about the same price.

Yes, these are only for Florida residents.
IMO it's only going to get more confusing with APs in general as far as parks & blackout days as the opening of SWLand nears.
