Are you able to book at later dinner and watch Reflections of Earth from the restaurant. Or is it not a good viewing place?

I've never tried to watch from this spot but it is right on the water and I expect the view from this are would be good.

The schedule for the fireworks in Epcot is typically always at 9 pm. I'd book 1 to 1-1/2 hours prior to that and enjoy a leisurely meal sot hat, hopefully, dessert and fireworks coincide.

I've eaten here. Specifically requested a table with a view. Added that we were willing to wait. Server sat us on the far side away from the view, though empty tables remained near the water. I asked for a change. Server insisted we would have a better view where we were once it started. I did not see how that was possible and again requested a change. Server refused to move us and promised we would be satisfied. Other people came later, were given the tables by the water. We couldn't see any of it once it started and the server changed his name tag and said he was the initial server's twin brother. Ha ha- joke on us. We were not pleased.

Nonsense like that is why they're empty many times I've walked by. I hope you told him your twin sister would be leaving the tip of $0.
I never bother trying to get a fireworks view at Wishes or Illuminations. Too much pressure. Then I wind up not properly enjoying the meal or the show. Better to eat, enjoy and relax, then get a good spot for the fireworks.
The one time I got an excellent table in the Mexican Pavilion, I had people hanging all over my table during Illuminations. Not worth it to me.
