You would need to take the bus back to AK and then get a bus to Epcot (or BC/BW for Intl Gateway). I've also read about a walking path from Blizzard Beach to CSR where you could get an Epcot bus but I don't know much about it.
You would have to go to a resort or Disney Springs to catch a bus to EPCOT
The waterpark buses don't go directly back to resorts anymore. From Blizzard Beach you can only go to Animal Kingdom, and then you transfer to a resort or another park bus there. From Typhoon Lagoon, you go to Disney Springs.

There is a walking path. It's about 1.3 miles from the BB entrance to the main building at Coronado Springs Resort.

Bus to Beach Club Resort, then walk to Epcot. Should take about 32 minutes.
There is no longer direct service between the water parks and the resorts. The routes, effective October 2nd 2016, shuttle from Blizzard beach to AK then change to bus to resort or theme park and shuttle from Typhoon Lagoon to DS then change to resort bus.

This change was in effect beginning early last summer. It was why I used Uber to and from the water parks last August. I think if they limited this to the slower/colder months it would make sense, but to put it in play right before the busy summer season was just terrible planning.
