Cape May, Chef Mickey's, Trail's End Restaurant, Whispering Canyon Cafe, and a few other restaurants usually participate in "Disney Dining on Thanksgiving Day." They might be hard to get into with that party size so start looking now. Be sure to check or call everyday and hopefully something will eventually become available.
In the past, Sunshine Seasons at the Land served counter service Thanksgiving dinner. Not sure if that has been officially announced for this year or not.
Liberty Tree Tavern, The Diamond Horseshoe, The Garden Grill, 50's Prime Time Cafe all have similar Thanksgiving style food year round and would probably be ok to dine at on Thanksgiving.
Even something non-traditional would be just fine. Maybe do something different and make it your own. Maybe have a non-traditional Hawaiian Thanksgiving and do the Luau dinner show. Or the Hoop de doo dinner show. Or a restaurant in World Showcase. Or any of your favorite restaurants. Make it your own Disney / Florida Thanksgiving. And just incase you miss the traditional taste of thanksgiving, head over to Disney Springs the day before or the day after Thanksgiving and have the Holiday Turkey Sandwich (Turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce) at Earl of Sandwich. That's Thanksgiving in the mouth right there!

We have always had Cape May Cafe for Thanksgiving dinner on our Thanksgiving trips. We have had parties as large as 25, ranging from an 8 month old to 60 something year olds. We were very well accommodated and there was something for everyone.
Also, it's in a great location to view some of the Christmas decor after dinner. All resorts in this area are beautifully decorated, and the boardwalk is always fun for a stop to watch the entertainment. Makes for a very enjoyable evening.

If Hoop-Dee-Doo is available, I think it would make a fun (although not quite traditional) Thanksgiving Meal.
Otherwise, Garden Grill serves thanksgiving-style food everyday, and is one of our favourites!

We had our Thanksgiving dinner at Boma a couple of years ago because we wanted to do something 'non-traditional.' Well, we actually ended up being a little disappointed because they were doing the traditional Thanksgiving dinner (along with some other things) that day. I just wanted to mentioned that, for that time at least, even a 'non-traditional' place still has some Thanksgiving items to enjoy.

We did that last year and loved it!

I think 50's Prime Time Cafe would be a lot of fun for a group!

Liberty Tree Tavern is a good option, they serve Thanksgiving-like food

Last year we had a large group for Thanksgiving at O'Hana (assuming you don't have to be traditional foods). It's a great atmosphere that focuses on family on such a special day.
