New musical group at Canadian pavilion
Musical group Alberta Bound has begun a limited engagement on The Mill Stage in the Canada pavilion. Alberta Bound showcases a variety of Canadian music including traditional fiddle styles from across the country as well as popular songs from well-known Canadian songwriters and artists like Gordon Lightfoot and Shania Twain.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that they'll probably be a bit more melodic than the screaming chain saws were!

I saw a video of their inaugural performance and it does fit Canada pretty well. More of the western Alberta-type music than the Celtic influenced Off Kilter. It's good that WDW is showing different sides of Canada. Except for the lumberjacks. Don't ever do that again.

The fiddle player is Jason Thomas, who is a member of Off Kilter. According to the video up on YouTube, the woman lead singer was a member of Voices of Liberty.
