Has anyone else had trouble renewing their D23 membership via the Disney Store web site? I run into the same issue each year - I follow the prompts, but the renewal option doesn't show up under my member profile. (I have been notified that my membership is up for renewal.) I've had to contact guest support in years past to get the renewal processed. This shouldn't happen every year.
I've been on the fence about renewing because of the cost. This may help me make up my mind.
