Default Making ADRs for a large group

We have a total of 12 people across three rooms for our upcoming trip. Some of our dining will be separate, but we will be making some ADRs together. When I call to make our ADRs, should I just specify a party of 10 or 12 (or whatever) under one ADR, then settle up the bill per family when we get there? I'm thinking if my mom, my sister, and I all try to get ADRs for our families separately, the chances of us dining together are slim.

    TIA!

Yes, do it all as one group, then have them separate the bill at the table.

Thank you so much!! And it won't matter if we pay using the dining plan while they use cash?

No, not at all. Just let the server know who is paying how and they will make sure it is sorted.

Thank you both! One more pressing question answered.
