Car seat from Airport to Parks

So I'm curious what other parents did with their toddlers/babies that are still in car seats from the airport to the parks. Did you take a taxi, bus, shuttle or rent a car. Did you use a car seat from the airport to the Parks? Is it even legal in CA for a toddlers to ride in a taxi without a car seat?

If you take the Disneyland express, you won't need a carseat since it's a motorcoach. Otherwise, you simply bring your carseat and check it with your bags for the plane ride and then install it in your rental car. If you take a taxi, you are gambling on whether or not thr cab will have a safe, properly sized carseat for your use. Sometimes they do, sometimes not.

A car service would be another choice and most will supply car seats. You just need to let them know at the time of booking.
