"You Last Visited"
Okay, this is bothering me.
Every time I log in, my "You Last Visited" always says I ALREADY visited today, often very early in the morning, before I've even turned on my computer (or used my cell phone).
What the heck?
I like to use the "New Posts" feature to catch up on the posts since my last visit, rather than having to go into each individual forum and look at time stamps.
Any idea why this is happening? Do I have a ghost who logs in to surf the Icot while I'm sleeping?

Interesting. I try not to look at "You Last Visited" because I'm always certain it's going to say "OMG, you again?! You were just here half hour ago!"

This is a strange one.
This is my first guess....do you have a computer that you leave running and you have your log in saved and on the forum set to "remember me"? If so, the first thing that came to mind is your computer's antivirus is set to wake your computer up in the middle of the night/early morning and update or scan. When it does this and your browser is open when it "wakes up" you are being automatically logged in.
Another guess is maybe the time zone is set wrong in your User Control Panel here on the forum and it is using a time zone a few hours off from yours. This could cause the wrong time to be displayed.
I never pay any attention to the "You last visited" but now I will take a look at it the next few days just to see what it says.

I am sure it's one of the 999 happy haunts!
I also think you have a second device logged into Intercot with a background window of Intercot open. Suspects include a second (or third) desktop computer you forgot about, a laptop you use once a month, an iPad/tablet, or a smart phone.
It could also be sleep walking, or a smart dog or cat.
I also depend on the "New Posts" feature, so I hope you figure it out.

The strange thing is that this only started happening recently (within the past month, I'd say).
Could it be the Tapatalk app? I installed that not too long ago.

Yep, I will bet that is the culprit. It is most likely refreshing/auto connecting to the forums every so often.

Thanks for sharing a laugh. It's really true, too.
