The Beast at Be Our Guest

I've seen some older posts but has anyone been recently and seen The Beast? Is he a regular? If so, does he only come out for dining or can you meet him for lunch as well? Trying to decide whether to do Fantasmic pkg at Mama Melrose or TS @ Be Our Guest. Want to see Beast and see Fantasmic.

I have heard he is there for dinner. We did not see him when we dined there for lunch in early June.

Beast is at dinner only. He walks through the restaurant during the meal but he does not stop at the tables. You can take photos with him in the library after the meal on your way out.

I would definitely do dinner at Be Our Guest if you can get a reservation! They are hard to come by.
