does Universal do anything special for this time...I was going to take off in Oct but its been changed to wk after Thanksgiving. And I wonder if I use my last day on my Universal pass if there will be any special décor or anything

Yes Grinch-mas in IOA and they run the Macy's parade in the Studios along with Mannheim Steamroller and other holiday shows... Grinchmas takes place in Seuss Landing... No, no extra ticket costs unlike Very Merry in MK...

We went to Orlando in November a couple of years ago and it was cold. I think by November it can go either way so just make sure you take a look at the weather forecast before you pack, maybe a couple of days before you leave.
