Default Wagons allowed in the park?

My DW and I are going to the world in October and are taking our DS. We have a red wagon that has a canopy and backpack built in and was wondering on disney's policy regarding wagons in the park. Also was curious to know that if they are allowed, how well are they to navigate through the crowds.

Pardon my ignorance but what is a wagon?? Where I come from its a big 6 or 8 or more wheeled road vehicle, or its what the pioneers went west in. I am sure neither of these is what the OP wants to bring. (at least I hope not!)

They are not allowed. We checked into that for friends of ours.

In this context it's a small, rectangular, four wheeled cart you pull. It is usually red.

I don't understand why WDW wouldn't view this as a stroller

Wagons are pulled behind and out of sight to the "puller" and at a lower visibility than strollers, whereas strollers are pushed in front of the responsible party. Wagons present a whole different set of liabilities.

People in crowds have a hard enough time not running into people with a stroller (which is in front of them). I'd hate to see what some of them would do in Disney crowds with a wagon.

American English. Not sure what you call it there, but click here for a typical picture.

As everyone else has stated, wagons or any other "pull-behind" are not permitted, mostly due to safety for all guests, partly due to space concerns. Some strollers I've seen are HUGE enough to be considered "wagons", even though they are pushed in front...LOL...
