Question 5 is toast! Congrats Mr. badkitty, you're correct! The answer is Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, although statues and signs of Toad adorn Toad Hall, him as an actual character is not present.
Prior to the changes in Fantasyland, Snow White's Scary Adventures was missing any sort of Snow White figure -- so I could've considered accepting that as an answer as well, although that isn't the present state of the attraction, they've hence added multiple Snow White figures and that's how it is seen today.

But, there are three more pirates in a cell to the left - and I could NOT think of what any of them had. I had to look it up - and one of them has a tin cup :-)
That should have said "to the RIGHT"...LOL

4. Hidden Sea Serpent and a Mermaid
9. I cannot find the first part of the answer, but the proceeds were eventually donated to UNICEF, but cannot confirm that this was encouraged by Walt.

You were correct on number 4 there and also correct on the 2nd half "the outcome" of number 9, but the answer to question 9 was Walt wanting the Sherman Brothers to keep the royalties from the song for themselves, opposed to giving them away.
