Default Trying to Plan something Romantic

I am trying to plan something romantic for my wife for our upcoming trip in October. I want this to be special because we weren't able to visit Disney for our 5 year anniversary do to the economy and being unemployed for a period of time. So I want to make that up to her and show her how special she is.

I saw some good ideas on the Disney Florist website and I always order flowers for our room from there for all of our trips. I was also thinking of having a specialty cake made and delivered for desert one night at Narcoosee's.

Has one else done something romantic like this or had something done to them? Also do you know if it is possible to set up a special meet and great with Disney Characters, like Princess Aurora?

Any other ideas are welcome too. I only have 72 days (and counting) till we arrive at disney so I am running out of time.

How about private dining on a balcony at Walt Disney World?

A dinner at Victoria and Albert's?

A carriage ride at Fort Wilderness - bring along a bottle of champagne and a couple of glasses?

You could always try a twilight carriage ride at Port Orleans Riverside.

We have done this a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Might be a good way to top off a nice dinner or pre dinner.

    Hope this helps...

    Default One Suggestion

I have had the pleasure of dining at many of the great places in WDW, including Narcoossee's. That is my 2nd choice for a special event. If you can, change your reservation and dine at Victorai & Albert's. It is simply amazing and a night I assure you that you and your wife will never forget. It is more, but certainly worth it.
