We took our 18 month old on the one at BB. She is very comfortable in the water and did fine. But if your little one is nervouse on slides and water I would hold off

Teamboat Springs at BB is the most fun, coolest and longest family raft ride, much better than the one at TL. You can ride together as a family and there's no danger of falling out of the raft. You can hang on to your young ones. It may be scary (thrilling) the first time, but once you're done, everyone will immediately want to do it again.

My DGS at 18 months was ok but refused to go on again. Was pretty clingy after that. Whereas my DGD, at 15 months, loved it and rode a few more times.

I'd say yes to the one at Typhoon Lagoon. The BB one is quite thrilling and I'd wait on taking a little one under about 3 years old on that one until they are older.
It is kinda difficult to hold onto youngsters on this ride. You will need to hold on for yourself too, so at most, one arm around a kid. I wouldn't try that on the Blizzard Beach one, myself.

Although some little ones enjoy the ride quite a bit I might recommend trying one of the smaller kids play areas first to get a reaction of your little one to getting water in their face. There are times, especially at BB, that as your raft goes around a corner water can come over the top and splash into your face, so even if the ride itself isn't too much many little ones don't like the water directly in their face.
