One More Disney Day Coverage

LOL!!! Yes, we did. Our doom buggy was very dark and spooky. It was GREAT meeting you guys. You've inspired me to get serious about Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom. Yesterday was so much fun! I spent the entire 24 hours at MK (and overall was awake about 26.5 hours). I wish Disney would do something like this every year

Does anyone know if Disney will do this next leap year? Me and Mom were talking about planning a trip for the next time around lol I think she wants to prove she can go for longer than me I can accept that challenge!

Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing four years in advance what Disney will or won't do. This promotion wasn't even announced until New Year's Eve, two months prior.

Scuttlebutt has it that Disney was surprised and quite pleased on Leap Year with the amount of revenue they generated and the response from guests (Disneyland at capacity, for example). They realized there could be opportunity for future 24 hour days as long as they keep it "rare and special"
