Default Best pizza in the World?

In your opinion, where is the best place on property to get a pizza?

Via Napoli hands down. No where else is even close. That's gourmet pizza (and prices) though. If you mean just regular pick up, everywhere else is pretty much the same thing and none of it is really great. Via Napoli is probably my favorite pizza anywhere, not just WDW, but all other pizza on property I would put way down the list behind any other chain pizza place.

Oh well guess I am not that picky, sorry folks but what that place wants for pizza is a little ridiculous.

I think it might be a regional thing. I lived in MI for awhile, and couldn't find the kind of pizza that I'm used to in the Northeast. Pizza Planet is probably decent pizza when you're from MI. But not if you're from the Northeastern areas, and probably some other areas. Between NY and Boston, there's some incredible pizza. Via Napoli is a great addition to WDW, finally some edible pizza.

Pete's piped in for Queens. I'll pipe in for Brooklyn and think that Via Napoli is worth a try. After all, its sister restaurant in NYC, Naples 45, was awarded the certification of “La Vera Pizza Napoletana” by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. Plus, it's often been observed that the ingredients and the water are what make a good pizza and what have contributed to the poor quality of "Florida pizza." However, Via Napoli purports to use San Marzano tomatoes, Caputo flour, handmade fresh mozzarella and water calibrated specifically to the pH found in Naples.

Now, not everyone is a fan of thin crust pizza cooked in wood-burning ovens. It's not Domino's or Papa John's or Pizza Hut. Heck, it's not even like the pizza I grew up on (the triangles or the squares ). But it's good stuff and worth a visit to check it out.

Being the Pizza snob that I am growing up the NYC area I can say Via Napoli is by far the best Pizza in WDW! It's possibly the best pizza south of exit 12 on the NJ Turnpike!

According to one of the bus drivers, you can find a really good pizza "just outside...Florida."

This is one Floridian that says, NY can't touch us for theme parks. If you had any worth visiting, you wouldn't be coming down here every year.

And Via Napoli has great pizza.

    Greengeen,

On the other hand, we have great pizzeria's in the Northeast that you should visit sometime. Sally's and Pepe's in New Haven, Conn., are two good places to start.
We love Florida's theme parks, but my 14-year-old nephew makes better pizza at his house than you can find around WDW.
