I believe the only two restaurants where kids are not welcome are Victoria & Albert's at the Grand Floridian and Bistro de Paris in the France pavilion of World Showcase in Epcot.
Kids can eat at Bistro de Paris...they have kids meals they can get from Chefs De France. I called the restaurant directly because my husband wanted to go there and I wanted to make sure I could bring the kids and that they had somethig they could eat.

Yea, V&A's is really the only one. Kids with magic wands and mouse ears are allowed everywhere else.
But if you are wanting a quiet, adult meal and looking for a place where kids are allowed, just not likely to be, then you may want to check out Blue Zoo at the Dolphin.

Totally agree...I've rarely seen a child there! The food is outstanding, too!
