Not going b/c of storm?

I was just wondering if anyone is not going b/c of the storm in the Northeast? I mean, did you plan to go but now you can't? If so, I hope you are able to reschedule. I can't imagine looking forward to going and then a crazy storm hits. Praying for better weather for ya'll.

Jersey week is next week so luckily we're still on target. Unfortunately our schools are closed today and maybe tomorrow so they may make those days up next week. They already added a day next week from Irene so it looks like ds16 will miss 5 days instead of 2.

Our schools weren't closed today but so many are around us! Our vacation is actually impacted by Irene which cost us 6 days of school at the start of the year but we are going anyway. I talked to the superintendent and the principal and they are ok with missing time since the kids are doing well and we had bought the tickets already. We are going to be in school until late June at this rate!!!
