    Default Contemporary Resort

I am thinking of booking a standard garden room at the Contemporary Resort. Can I have some feedback from others who have stayed there? Did you like it ?

    Thank you.

I LOVED staying here! I've only been once though, a few years ago. I had a Magic Kingdom view room, on the ninth floor, at the very end of the hall as close to the MK as you can get. I felt like I could touch Space Mountain! It was also a great place to watch Wishes everynight, and I could hear the music from the Callifornia Grill to go along with it!

I didn't experience any outside noise from the shopping area or Chef Mickey's, but like I said, I was at the other end of the building from the resturants. Also, I LOOOOOVE shopping at the Contemporary, so that was a major plus!

I also really liked the pool area. It may not be as fancy as the Polys, but it seemed bigger, and still had a slide and multiple fountains in the area. I also think there was a whirl pool, which I am always up for!

So yeah, based on my experience, I would def. recommend the Contemporary. I'm sure the garden rooms are quite nice too.

We did a stay in a garden view room (our view ended up being one of the canal and monorail which was really quite nice) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quite large and just as nice as the tower rooms we have stayed in during past visits. The garden rooms give you all the convenience of a stay at a monorail resort (and if you think about it your walk to the monorail from here is no less than convenient than it is from the outer regions of the GF) without paying what can be crazy amounts of money for often is simply a place to sleep.
There's a great big beautiful tomorrow

We just returned last week & stayed on the ground floor facing Bay lake in the Garden Wing & we LOVED it!!! Can not wait to go back! Very nice large room that has a sofa that can pull down into a single bed that my DD loved. We loved everything about the resort the walk into the tower was very short & loved relaxing out by the pool in the evening & watching the fireworks in MK! We will be staying there again! Plus the Contempo Cafe has a really good ham,egg & cheese sandiwch that my DS & I were able to split for breakfast.
