I was watching the Bears/Chiefs game earlier, now when Jarred Allen of the Vikings does his calf rope and if he puts his knee down while doing it he will get flagged for excessive celebration. Now how come in the Bears/Chiefs game Hall dropped to his knees twice after 2 interceptions once after a touchdown he didn't get flagged? I even heard the announcers question why Hall didn't get a flag for excessive celebration.
