    Default Fantasmic- Holiday Theme

    Hi All,

During the Christmas holiday season, do they change the Fantasmic show or add a special ending? I know that Illuminations used to have a special ending added to it (which made me cry), but we didn't go to Fantasmic that year.

    Thanks for your replies!

Fantasmic is a set storyline, it would be difficult if not impossible to throw in a holiday tag.

Yeah I think it would be to much to re organize a show like that into a holiday themed show. You have audio, lights, film, pyrotechnics and costuming to re organize as well as a script and then rehersals for all the live actors.

Would it be interesting if they did it? Sure would but it isnt something that I would ever expect.

The only fireworks show that changes for Christmas is Illuminations at Epcot. The only changes to Fantasmic are them limiting the show to 2 nights a week

When does Illumination change for Christmas; before Christmas or only on Christmas day? I'll be in WDW the second week of November.

They can't easily change the script or story line. But it would be relatively easy to change some of the costuming. Maybe the princesses could wear holiday gowns?

We went the weekend after Thanksgiving in 2007 and they were doing the holiday ending to illuminations and all the parks were decked out for the Holidays.
