We saw where Animal Kingdom is closed in January. What is going on?

I think you got some bad information there. There's no announcement on closing DAK for a whole month (or even a day). They refurb rides, but not an entire park. Where did you hear that it was?

Then why no hours posted on Disney's site?

Perhaps they are updating the hours. I see where they have Feb. hours but no March.

I agree they wouldn't close an entire park for a month. I would just keep checking back, they will have them back up soon.

Unfortunately, the official Disney site is very poor about maintaining their hours (and their website). Things like that happen all the time. It's usually better to check park hours in Info Central. We use releases received directly from Disney and usually our hours are more up to date than what's on their site.
