I cannot say that is the case for everyone, but I would be surprised if that did not represent a significant percentage of those using it.
There's a very addicting game based off this called Lemmings... Great fun watching them fall to their doom at times.

Really? I thought there was a no outside food or drink policy. Thanks for the info!

Ive seen people pulling full size coolers on wheels behind them recently, so I've got to imagine they don't care much anymore... I think there was a thread recently about this that went a little off track...

Doesn't it seem odd to spend so much trying to keep people from getting "free" refills when they don't ban outside drinks at the parks? I would think that would be the first inexpensive step toward making more on beverages. But I don't have an MBA so...

I can't imagine lugging around a cooler all day even if it's on wheels. I can't imagine if it was full size that it would fit in any locker. Then what do you do with when you go on rides, just leave it by the strollers?

I have always brought my own food into the park because of allergies, I have never had anything said to me, that being said I don't bring a cooler just a little lunch bag. Also I always bring my own water bottle. Just to be clear is there a rule against outside food?

The only "rule" I'm aware of is the ban on glass containers. When my children were younger, we brought outside food in, all the time. Even still we bring in snacks, sometimes.

WDW Dining FAQ
... Guests are allowed to bring food items-such as snacks or foods that do not require heating-into any Walt Disney World Theme Park. Inform a Security Cast Member of any food items when you enter the Theme Park.

Thanks again, I developed a blue dye allergy about 4 years ago and even though Disney World Chefs are great its in so many things that I prefer to bring my own.

Yes you laugh but I have actually painted my rollator (its a walker with wheels for those who don't know) black with red, yellow, and white Mickey Heads. I have a cup holder that fits my Eeyore water bottle just perfect. I have totally tricked out my walker! I am a lean (not really I'm pooh sized but it fits) mean slowly rolling Mickey Machine !
