We are booked but it was painful. The site seems to be overloaded with people trying to book. We didn't get to use rewards for both ways either which is very disappointing.
Now to surprise the kids.....

We flew Southwest in 2008 and are thinking of using them again for our next trip in 2010. But looking at their schedules from DTW....everything is 1 or 2 stops or a stop with no plane change...nothing is non-stop. Is this something new with them? We flew nonstop in 2008.

I wonder about this as well. I tried to book flights for November 2010 and there were limited direct flights --- actually the total number of flights available were very low. I was disappointed about the choices, but what can the lowly customer do?
