Which park has the music that puts you in the disney mood?

Not sure if they still do, but there used to be a Disney radio station you could tune into on the way down the Florida Turnpike towards Orlando. That used to start it for us, but now its anything in MK or Epcot

I don't even have to be in a park. All I have to do is walk thru the doors @ the WL, feel the "northwoods" wind gently caress my face, inhale the sweet aroma of my home-away-from-home, and hear the soothing music that beckons to me, and I know that I am truly in "The Happiest Place on Earth"! (how about that )

I love most of the WDW parks music, but especially enjoy the Main Street background music on Main Street and the Future World music at Epcot.

My two choices as well! Can't wait--just 2 more months till visit 28!

I especially love the original Future World music back in the '80's. All WDW music makes me smile, whether I'm sitting at the piano playing out of one of my Disney collections or putting in a CD of the park's music, or listening to my bamboo wind chimes which reminds me of Animal Kingdom. All time favorite still would be Main Street--That IS the spirit of Walt himself!

The music at the Magic Kingdom always puts me in the best Disney mood. Its amazing how they can contrast music from one land into music in another. There is only one place in the whole park where you can't here music... I'll let you figure out where it's at.

Another vote for ALL OF THEM!!!! I love the jazzy hollywood style music as you go into HS and the old and creepy music near ToT. I like all the african style music at AK and AKL and the futuristic music in tomorrowland in Epcot especially - and of course I love the cheerful classic disney music as you go into MK. Everything puts me in the disney mood when I'm in the world!!

While my favorite is Mainstreet...I also love the entrance loop to Epcot (infact i'm streaming it right now on subsonic radio--lol). Two weeks and counting...can't wait to get back.

I think all of the area music is inspiring, but two places really fit well:

1. When they play classical movie scores at MGM, oops, I mean DS.

2. The lobby music at the Wilderness Lodge. I suppose it doesn't count since it is a resort and the question was park music, but i had to make note of it.

MK, all the way. But non-park music that really gets me in the mood is the disney resort channel music for the weather, menus, etc. Its the jazzy versions of disney songs and its wonderful!!!

For us it would be a toss up between Epcot and Disney Hollywood Studios!!!
