Default how do i make it to chef mickey's by 8:35am?

we are staying at POFQ and have a reservation for chef mickey's at 8:35am.

i've been thinking about renting a car but now i'm thinking that maybe we shouldn't.

thing is, we'll have our 7 month old little guy with us. not sure if the car would help us or hinder us.

The easiest option would probably be a taxi directly from POFQ to CR, that would probably cost around twenty dollars.

The other option would be to take a bus to the Magic Kingdom, the buses start running an hour before park opening, and then you can walk from the bus stop directly there or walk over to the monorail to take that to the resort.

You can easily take a bus to MK then either walk from the bus depot to the Contemporary or you can take the resort monorail. I prefer the walk myself - it's an easy walk of less than 10 min at a leisurely pace and not much further than walking to from the bus depot to the monorail station.

Buses start running about 7 for those with early dining reservations. I'd take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then either walk or take the monorail from there.

The bus is easily the best option. It is a nice walk to Chef Mickey's from there. then you can walk back across the street and spend the day at MK...

Another vote for the bus. Plus sometimes if you are on one of the early ADR buses you can just tell them where you are going and they can take you there. Not always of course, but this does happen.

8:45 isn't a difficult time to make for magic kingdom areas. bus to the magic kigdom, then you can jump on the resort monorail or walk. walking might be faster.

I would take a cab. If you decide to go the bus route, give yourself PLENTY of time.
Too many trips to keep track of now! Vacation WDW twice a year so any questions ask freely ☺️

I would take the bus from POFQ at 7 to MK then walk or catch the monorail to the contemporary. Not much hassle. Less expensive than a cab.

Bus to MK allow at least an hour. If early, explore.
