    Default Crowds last week

I am curious from those that were there last week how the crowds were? I am in the absolute initial stages of planning a trip for next year at that time (09/25 - 10/03). I would prefer going 2 weeks earlier, but probably will not be able to.
    1 Week at Wyndham Bonnet Creek 06/17/17 - 06/24/17; 1 Week at Orange Lake Resort 06/24/17 - 06/30/17; 1 week at OKW 12/03/17 - 12/10/17

We were there from the 25th to the 3rd. It was very HOT and HUMID the entire week. (90's with 70% humidity).

We walked on everything but TSM. The walkways were busy but it didn't seem overly crowded.

Having said that, however, it was more crowded than the last couple of years we have gone during the same period of time.

Keep in mind that the Food and Wine Festival starts around the 25th. Also, the MK closes early (7pm) several evenings for the MNSSH and Fantasmic is only shown a few nights.

We were there 9/25 thru 10/5 . The crowds were low except at Epcot on the weekends due to the wine & food fest. The weather was just how I like it. Tank tops all day & nite. We try to go at that time every year. We watch out for Columbus Day because it is alot more crowded that weekend.

We were there 9-26 to 10-3. It was so blasted hot I thought we were leaving puddles of flesh behind us on the pavement as we walked. The crowds at Epcot were much bigger than we expected, but I'm guessing that was due to the first weekend of Food & Wine Festival. We were actually surprised at the crowd levels. While certainly not Christmastime huge, there were far more people than we thought would be there. In the early mornings after park opening, we walked on everything, but afternoons and evenings were most definately more crowded. We went the 2nd week of January last year, and have made the decision that we will only go in January from now on. I suppose free dining added to this as well.

Hope this helps! Enjoy the planning!

"It's snowing still," said Eeyore gloomily.
    "So it is."
    "And freezing."
    "Is it?"
"Yes," said Eeyore. "However," he said, brightening up a little, "we haven't had an earthquake lately."

We were there 9/23 through 10/3, and spent two days plus one evening at Epcot. It seemed to me that the waterfront promenade in World Showcase, where all the food stands for the Festival, could get pretty crowded - but if we took just a dozen steps into any of the pavillions, particularly those that don't have a ride or movie, suddenly the crowds evaporated. Future World had a long line at Soarin' and short-to-moderate waits at Test Track and Mission: Space, but otherwise was rather empty.

The only day I'd say was really unpleasantly crowded during our whole trip (and I do not like crowds at all...) was Monday at the Magic Kingdom, and that was a morning EMH day so we should have known better. Even then it wasn't insane, just to the point where trying to keep a group of eleven people together (including one in a stroller) was getting difficult.
    first trip - January '05, All-Star Movies
heading for Pop Century in Sept/Oct '09!
