30 years old now and on my past trip decided not to stay for it...we may stay this next trip through.

It is just such a long advertisement for Norway..beautiful scenery though.

How can anyone discover the "Spirit of Norway" without watching the film?

All sarcasm aside, I'm under 40 and we watch the film unless we have an ADR at Le Cellier to get to.

DW was under 40, I was over 40. It is obvious, as much as I wanted to see the movie (yearn is more like it) DW said “no” and we kept on walking.

We saw it once and since we won't be in a hurry we will probably watch it again. Anyone know if the they serve ?

I have a pretty funny story about this. My 2 brothers and I (all in our thirties) were in WDW during tropical storm Faye. It NEVER stopped raining the entire 5 days that we were there!! We went on the ride and at the end the CM said something like "please stay and enjoy an exciting movie about Norway." My brother mumbled "It's not raining THAT hard!" That made my other brother and I chuckle and the CM heard it as well and wrinkled her nose and said "ouch". That, of course, made us laugh harder and she laughed with us. I'm giggling as I type this. Good times!

    Between 50 & death...
We watched it once. Don't feel the need to see it each time.

I think I watched it with my grandparents when I was really young.

It depends on the film, the French Film is without a doubt for older people, but I like the film in Canada, Martin Short makes it really interesting and quite comical.

I'm only 20 so generally I'm about the the activities in the park rather than the movies.

I didn't think you had a choice. I've only been on it once, about 4 years ago, and I stayed... Just barely under 40, BTW. If I go on it again, I think I'll watch. As someone else said, it may be hokey, but it keeps you in the Disney mood.

Under 25 and i usually skip it. Its too boring for me. I saw it enough in the 90s as a kid.

Over 40, and finally watched it for the first time (we are 1/4 Norwegian, so I convinced my kids to stay and watch the movie). Probably won't watch it again, but enjoyed it this time.

Those who seek the spirit of Norway expect adventure and peril, but always find a dull movie at the end.

I usually watch the first time on the trip. Under 40.

    Does anyone ever Fastpass Maelstrom?
