Can anyone tell me if the ribs at Flame Tree BBQ are pork or beef? I know odd question, but my mom wants to know ahead of time. Thanks.

I do believe that they are pork and they are DELICIOUS. The FTBBQ is one of the best counter service meals in the World.

Yes, to my knowledge they are PORK and though I don't eat them, DW claims they are delicious.

They were St. Louis style, which my husband dislikes. He was very disappointed, but he is very picky about his ribs-more of a baby back fan! PS - I tried them and they tasted just fine to me

The ribs are pork. But if you need a non pork option, the chicken meal is delicious!
