Question Late Seating / Pirate Night

    Can anyone advise?
We're going on a 3 night Wonder cruise next week and have the late seating for dinner. Will this interfere with us seeing the Pirate Night show and fireworks.
    Thanks,
    John

I had late seating on my 4 night cruise this past December and had no problems getting up to Deck 10 to for the party and the fireworks.

Had a blast, but missed the pirate limbo they did in the dining room (my rotation had me in Triton's that night).

IT was close for us. We ran upstairs after dinner and got there about 5-10 min into the show. We skipped desert of course. DH ordered a coffee so we left him there to meet up with us. The kids still LOVED the show and we didn't miss much at all.

DH and I have just come back from our 3 night cruise and we had no problem at all getting to the pirate night party. I belive we even went back to our room to change before we went up on deck, and we didn't miss dessert.

We had the late seating on our 2006 cruise and we had the slowest server, we were always one of the last tables to be finished every night and were late for the party (and we are fast eaters). When we went on our 2007 cruise we knew better and skipped dessert to get to the party besides there is alot of food at the party like turkey legs! If it seems like you are the last ones out of the restaurant on your previous dinners make a point to say you want to get out early on that night.

We were worried about that too on our last cruise. We were told by the server that they notify the CM's on deck when the dining room is almost clear so that people will not miss any of the action. (Action being Mickey, the fireworks, and food.) The only part that upset us was the fact that we were TOO full to enjoy any of the food at the party.

Heck, we had the early seating and we were too full to enjoy the buffet. DW wanted one of those turkey legs too.
There seems to be no sign of intelligent life anywhere.
