How early can I reserve a golf cart?

I think as soon as you make your campsite reservation.

Reservations may now be made by phone for electric carts up to one year in advance. Guests should call the Bike Barn directly, at 1-407-824-2742.

I had thought that changed when they were moved from the Bike Barn to the front.

I know they changed the pickup location of the carts from the Bike Barn to the Reception Outpost.

I called and they are now $54 plus tax per day. I'm glad we can share the cost with my brother-n-law or there would be no way that we could justify spending that.

Do they have a weekly rate? A few years ago they did and it save some bucks:
