    Default Feb Crowd Question

From what I understand, President's week is crowded at WDW (which is the third week in Feb if I am not mistaken). How are the other weeks in Feb (1st, 2nd and 4th)? We are thinking about going the either the 2nd or 4th week in Feb. Also, is the first week in March crowded? Our son has autism and we are trying to go when crowds are low or are at least below "average" crowd size.

I visited WDW on the 2nd week in Feb in 2004 and 2008. The crowds were fantastic we were usually able to walk right on to rides. The weather is also nice and cool but still warm enough to get wet on water rides.

We were there Feb 8th- 15th in 2008. To be honest, we were surprised at just how crowded it was. We've been in June, July, and September, and were thinking it would be better. But we didn't notice any difference. HOWEVER, with it not being 200 degrees with 300 percent humidity, it didn't "feel" as crowded, and we didn't mind the waits for rides. A totally different line experience when sweat is not pouring down your back and kids are ill and cranky bc they're hot and tired. Have a great trip!

What about the last week of Feb? We are going Feb 21-28 and am a little worried about crowds too.

Just to give you a heads up, ESPN The Weekend activities will be going on at HS February 27-March 1, which will bring in additional guests, at least at HS.

We are going at that time because of the ESPN Weekend. 39 days to go

schools in New York are off the weeks of presidents day. We were there the same week last year and didn't think it was that crowded. It had a decent crowd but nothing to make us say "never again". We will be there again feb 15-21. We expect crowds but we take our time and know our way around so it doesn't bother us.

Alabama is also out for President's Day. We are trying to get in and get out before the crowds start. Also the rooms rates are cheaper the earlier in February you book. One of the best ways to figure out if the parks will be crowded is to look at the room rates for the dates you are interested in. The more expensive the rooms are=the more crowded it will be.

    Next Trip-February 5th-16th! Happy V-day to me!
