That's cool to here. I'm in the unfortunate position of having someone book the trip for me. Since I'm arriving on a Sunday, I doubt my travel agent will be in the office on Saturday to field such a call. I'm starting to question my use of travel agents.

You were "upgraded" because the All-Stars was over-booked, this a standard practice at Disney resorts. Disney knows how to do it right and they inform you it is an "upgrade" to preserve the magic and keep you happy. I hope I did not spoil the magic for you.

    Congratulations and Have Fun!

Why use a travel agent when you can easily book through 407-W-DISNEY or online? I personally find it much easier to book through Disney and you dont have to deal with third party travel agents that make errors and earn commissions.

Is it normal for them to call so soon prior to departure? They call from guest services right? We have a call from disney asking them to return their call and they had great news for us but woman was cut off by my answering machine, lol!!!! It figures!! Going to try to track down whats going on, sure I will spend countless time on the phone, we were leaving next Friday to stay in All Star Movies, I am hoping this is an upgrade outta there!!!! Everyone keep fingers crossed.

They do call from guest services right?????
