    Default MNSSHP Characters...

What rare characters can I expect to find Tuesday night? I am especially interested in villians and the seven dwarves. Where may I find these characters? Thanks in advance!

The Dwarfs are by the Tea Cups. They do not sign autographs, only photos. Their line was EXTREMELY long on Friday.

As for the Villains, they meet after the show in front of the Castle. Again, photos only.

    Captain Jessica,
Is there any way to get Maleficent's autograph from a character attendant? I have a photo from the day parade of the incredible villians' float. I already have the Queen's and Jafar's autograph and I am in dire need of Cruella's and Maleficent's. If Maleficent does photos only, could I hand the photo off to someone after the meet and greet? Does Cruella sign somewhere? I was pondering going to MNSSHP tomorrow night but it kind of depends on this. Thanks in advance!!!!

You could ask at Guest Relations if they could convince her. I know Cruella will do autographs from time to time. But the problem at MNSSHP is that there is a limited time frame of about 20 minutes so they don't really do the autographs because of the number of people.

Although next week looks like a good time to visit Toontown.

It means next week looks like a good time to visit Toontown. I think Thursday or Friday looks best.

Why can't they change up the parties each year? They could bring different villains out for meet n greets and different characters as well. I know they could. There are so many characters that could be used from special events. The March Hare and King of Hearts could be out on the Alice treat trail etc.

Ummm...I think she means, if you want a villian's autograph, then next week is a good time to visit Toontown.

I agree. They used to change up the character meet-and-greet line-ups at the parties almost every year, but haven't done so much since 2005.

I wonder if Captain Jessica has anything to say about this...

    Not really.

It might because so many people don't know a lot of the same character we do.

Like, an example would be when I was training. I had two characters with me, Mickey and Gideon. Mickey had a huge line, Gideon had none. And everyone thought he was Puss in Boots or something else. I got a lot of "Who is that character??"

A lot of the other villains don't have the same rep as Snow Queen, Maleficent, Hook, and Cruella. So they tend to get overlooked on a lot.

That never stopped them in the past, so why should it now?

They need to go back to giving us more variety with the MNSSHP character greetings right away!

    Puss n Boots???

Disney likes to say the reason they don't have the rare characters out is because most guests don't know who they are. I've seen guests call the main characters like Pluto, Goofy and Chip n Dale the wrong names. So if the main characters aren't known by some guests then that argument doesn't really hold water.

I don't make the excuses, I just repeat them.

If it were up to me, there would be a rotation of the uncommon characters. And maybe a seasonal dining that rotates. Like Villains in the fall, heroes in the Summer, etc.

I wish that somebody would start a letter-writing campaign to get WDW to go back to changing out their MNSSHP characters on a regular basis again.

They're more prone to reading and responding to written letters rather than petitions with lists of names.

My new favorite villan is the chick who plays the Snow Queen at DHS! She was hilarious w/ my nephew during the parade! She got right in his face and did a stare down! Then she stuck her tongue out and walked away! I would love to see her again! She was awesome! She has Attitude all over!

Here's to wishing I was going for MNSSHP......
